A Short Background

For over 25 years, I’ve lived the full entrepreneurial journey.

I started my entrepreneurial journey during my studies, transforming
my father’s one-person business LIDO-LANG Specialised Translations 
into one of Central Europe’s top translation companies,
acquired in 2016 by SeproTec Multilingual Solutions,
a global leader in the industry.

I then co-founded and led a SaaS company XTRF Management Systems,
a Translation Management Platform,
serving hundreds of clients worldwide in over 30 countries,
handling project management, automation, and business operations.

After surviving a near-collapse, buying out VC investors,
and rebuilding the company,
I led it to a full exit to K1 Investment Management,
a private equity firm in Los Angeles in 2021.

Today, I work 1-on-1 with CEOs and founders who carry real responsibility
helping them navigate growth, pressure, leadership transitions,
and exit decisions with clarity and confidence.

To reach more entrepreneurs than individual work allows,
I founded ExecSide Community, a platform designed to
support CEOs from all around the world.
