A New Chapter: Taking My Mission to the Next Level

Dear Friends,

For the last 25 years, many of you have known me as the CEO of my own businesses.

First, there was our translation and multilingual documentation company — a business my father started as a one-man show and that we grew into one of the leading language service providers in Central Europe. We proudly served clients across Europe and the United States until we sold the company to a global player from Spain in 2016.

Then came XTRF, the IT system I founded to help translation and localization companies manage their operations efficiently. Together with our incredible team, we built one of the two leading management systems worldwide — and in 2021, we sold it to a private equity firm from Los Angeles, California.

After that chapter, many of you began following my journey as a coach and advisor, supporting entrepreneurs, CEOs, and top executives in achieving growth, transitions, and successful exits — faster, smoother, and with greater fulfillment.

And today, I’m thrilled to share an important new step in this journey.

I’ve just completed my certification as a High Performance Coach, trained by Brendon Burchard and his High Performance Institute — the world’s most renowned academy in this field.

Brendon’s coaching framework is used by global leaders, CEOs, entrepreneurs, athletes, artists, and even world leaders to reach their next level in life and business — not just once, but sustainably, for years to come.

High Performance means achieving above-average results consistently across all areas of life — business, relationships, health, mindset, and influence — while maintaining energy, balance, and purpose.

This certification allows me to support my clients on a deeper and more holistic level, combining strategic business advisory with personal mastery and high performance principles — helping them not only grow their companies but grow as leaders and human beings.

In the coming days, I’ll share more about what this means for you and how we can work together within this new capacity.
