What CEOs Struggle With Most: Turning Plans Into Action
In the last weeks, I’ve had many conversations with CEOs and founders. Different industries, different company sizes… and yet the same pattern keeps coming back: most leaders don’t need more knowledge, more frameworks, or more advice.
They already have the strategy. They already know what the right decisions are. They already have plans on the table.
What’s missing is the bridge between “I know” and “I do” - activation, the ability to turn decisions into real execution.

On a personal note, I’m excited about this week.
I’m traveling to San Diego for another meeting of our Ultra group with Brendon Burchard, my mentor in coaching and a source of many lessons I apply in my work with CEOs and founders. For me, it’s a “recalibration week.” A chance to level up again, so I come back sharper and bring even more value to the leaders I support.
